Results through Relationships Workshop

Service Description

During the Results through Relationships experiential workshop, our goal is to give your team a common language and actionable insight where you can improve collaboration, build better teams and focus on co-accountability. Each team member will have the chance to complete the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) 2.0 assessment from Core Strengths which will provide personal results that will help them better understand themselves, others and be ready for the workshop. Each of your team members will have access to a personalized 14-page report that provides a walk through of their motivation, conflict sequence, strengths, overdone strengths and more. The workshop will focus on encouraging participants to better understand how they relate to each other. The goal is to help build an organizational culture where positive relationships flourish, conflict is managed respectfully, and people engage their strengths most productively to meet the goals of your organization or group and inspire commitment and alignment to its shared vision.
